Great coffee as always, well packaged, timely delivery, easy site to negotiate. Never had a problem so never had cause to contact customer services so can't comment on that. Always look forward to my lovely coffee drink from this company. Take it black with no sweetener so any bitterness will taste(ugh) and it never happens with these selections. So far have only opened one packet of coffee from your order - the Sumatran Ling Tong Medium - this is very enjoyable and one I would purchase again. However I am a new customer and have ordered 11 different types or origin coffee so that I may try them and pick out my favourites. So my review is a bit premature but I would be happy to complete a further review at a later date. I was however impressed with how quickly the coffee was dispatched to me.

My order of 6 coffees arrived, sooner than expected! I've not even opened one yet, as I'm finishing off the beans that I still had, although I'm very tempted to 'break open' one or two anyway! I'm delighted to have found you, although the temptation to try everything is enormous!! So far so great, thanks.
