Unfortunately there was a long delay in my order being received as the address I had given was incorrect. I'm pleased to say that the problem was resolved largely due to the hard work of the customer service team, so 10 out 0f 10 for customer service. My son really enjoyed the selection of coffee I had sent him so I would have no hesitation in using The Love of Coffee again.
