Pai Mu Tan - China (white tea)
From Fujiian Province. Only the buds and 2 leaves are picked. The resulting leaves are multi coloured, white to dark green. The resulting brew is one of the most delicate brews produced, very smooth and sweet. Infuse for 5 minutes, later strain and use again.
