Oolong - Formosa (loose leaf tea)
Grown in the north of Taiwan. Being semi fermented it provides a unique flavour for the connoisseur. Has a sparkly amber liquor ‘liquid sunshine’ and a rich smooth, peachy taste with no tannin. A small quantity brewed for five minutes will produce the best flavour.

We ordered Rose Congou and Oolong. Rose Congou is NOT a flowery tea (can't stand those!)it's a "smack you in the muuth" tea which gives you every bit as good a kick as coffee would ever do first drink of the day. Oolong is a more subtle tea good for any time after about 11:00pm up to about 5:00pm. Don't recommend either of these teas after 6:00pm if you like a good nights sleep :-)!!
