Flavour: An extremely well balanced coffee. Prominent tones of dark chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and notes of berries on the back for a smooth, rich and creamy mouthfeel with a gentle balanced acidity.

With this particular coffee we are able to provide a choice of two roasts. Please select either a Full Medium or Very Strong from the drop down box above.

Full Medium is better suited as a Morning / All Day, whereas the Very Strong option is better suited as an Evening / Special Occasion drink or as a Kick Start to your day. As always, when you choose to enjoy this coffee is entirely up to you. 

A high grown coffee with a lovely mellow taste and slight acidity, much admired by connoisseurs. This particular 'Elephant Bean', selected for its size, is sometimes considered to be smoother and richer in flavour than the standard arabica bean.

Nicaragua Maragogype is an excellent quality coffee. It's known as Elephant Beans due to the size of the beans, which can be up to twice the size than traditional arabica beans, and grown in high-altitude volcanic regions. This coffee is sourced in a socially responsible, ethical and sustainable way to support the local coffee communities.
