Espresso & Stovetop Coffees
Espresso is a concentrated beverage brewed by forcing hot water under pressure through finely ground coffee.
Espresso grind allows the coffee to be tamped into the portafilter of the espresso machine or stovetop maker. This slows down the water which is forced through under pressure to make a brew with a concentrated liquor and good crema.
