Great coffee as always, well packaged, timely delivery, easy site to negotiate. Never had a problem so never had cause to contact customer services so can't comment on that. Always look forward to my lovely coffee drink from this company. Take it black with no sweetener so any bitterness will taste(ugh) and it never happens with these selections. My first purchase was a sample of 4 coffees in 100g bags. Colombian San Augustine, Costa Rica Tres Nubes, Cuban and Monte Christi estate. This was perfect to find a bean I liked. The aroma of them all was divine and the flavours very satisfying.
